To place real-money Bets on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your Account information promptly whenever it changes.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. db333 reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal access.
All transactions on the db333 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). db333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved mobile financial services, currently including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at db333's discretion and will be communicated on the Platform.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider, which typically occurs within a few minutes of the transaction being initiated. db333 does not guarantee specific crediting times and will not be liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network conditions.
Withdrawal requests are processed by db333 subject to the following conditions:
db333 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your payment provider are outside db333's control and remain your responsibility. db333 will not reimburse such third-party fees.
Any funds deposited to your db333 Account that are not used for Bets within 12 consecutive months of inactivity may be subject to an account dormancy review. db333 will contact you using the details on your Account before any dormancy process is applied.

All Bets placed on the db333 Platform are subject to the sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market or game.
Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. db333 reserves the right to void a Bet in the following circumstances:
db333 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, to restrict the types of Bets available to specific Users, and to decline any Bet at its absolute discretion. These decisions are final and are not subject to appeal.
For live in-play betting, db333 makes every effort to suspend markets promptly when significant match events occur. However, any Bets accepted by the Platform before market suspension takes effect will stand, provided the odds at the time of acceptance were not manifestly incorrect.

db333 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude db333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
db333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected Terms violations, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or for risk management purposes.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed Terms violation, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any ineligible Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, fraud, or bonus abuse — db333 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including any real-money funds deposited, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
